If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return new and unused items in their original packaging for a replacement or refund within 15 days of delivery, with the exception of items marked Clearance or Final Sale. For hygienic reasons all hair and wigs are FINAL SALE.

If your return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. incorrect or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs. Contact Us with your order number and items for return, and we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#), shipping label and instructions for returning incorrect items from your order.
If a refund is needed, you should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

When will my in-store pick up order be processed?
Most local pick-up, online orders are processed within 2 business days of order completion, based on volume of orders received and the availability of your items. However, many orders are available the same day for orders placed before 4pm AZ (GMT) Monday-Friday.
When will my order be ready for pick up?
You will receive a confirmation to the email address provided during checkout when your online order is ready for pick up. Pick up orders can be retrieved during operating business hours Monday-Saturday, once the order is confirmed ready.
Can I request curbside pick-up?
Yes, If you prefer curbside pick-up, please contact your order location to make arrangements or call the store when you are parked outside of the location and one of our team members will assist you.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the continental United States, as well as Military and Diplomatic Mail addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We do not ship internationally with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO.
